Having fun at home road
testing cake recipes from around the world. Tonight it was the turn of
American Red Velvet cake....a quadruple layer cake which is bright red
in colour & is sandwiched tog. with melted chocolate & cream
cheese filling. I decorated it with red magic
sparkles & hearts. Sorry, it didn't remain on the plates long enough
to photograph!
