Sugarcraft Classes

As my youngest child starts nursery school this Autumn, I am thinking of running a 'Beginners Level 1' Sugarcraft course starting in September. It would be in Handforth & probably in St. Benedict's Church Hall. Putting out a few feelers at the moment to assess the level of interest & preference for morning or evening classes. Please let me know if you are interested.

American Red Velvet Cake

Having fun at home road testing cake recipes from around the world. Tonight it was the turn of American Red Velvet cake....a quadruple layer cake which is bright red in colour & is sandwiched tog. with melted chocolate & cream cheese filling. I decorated it with red magic sparkles & hearts. Sorry, it didn't remain on the plates long enough to photograph!

If anyone has any unusual cake recipes, and they don't mind sharing them with me, I would love to receive the.
